Day 1 – April 5 – Rio de Janeiro

Arrival in Rio and transfer to the hotel.
Check-in starts at 2:00–3:00 pm. Accommodation. Free evening.

Day 2 – April 6 – Rio de Janeiro (B, L)

Full Day Sugar Loaf & Corcovado with Entrances + Panoramic City Tour + Lunch (Private or Regular Service with Spanish-speaking Guide, Duration: 8 hours).

First, we will board the train that takes us to Christ the Redeemer. The ride lasts about 20 minutes through the lush rainforest before reaching the summit of Corcovado. Named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Christ the Redeemer has a viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro.
Afterwards, we descend back to sea level to begin visiting the city’s main landmarks: the Maracanã Stadium (outside) and the Sambadrome. We continue to the Metropolitan Cathedral and then head to Sugar Loaf Mountain. At 396 meters above sea level, enjoy a memorable and inspiring experience.

The cable car ride begins at Praia Vermelha, continues to Morro da Urca, and finally to Sugar Loaf, interconnected by two cable lines. From the top, admire the Atlantic Forest, mountain silhouettes, Rio’s main beaches, downtown, the Tijuca Massif, and Christ the Redeemer. Guanabara Bay, Botafogo Cove, and the Serra do Mar with the “God’s Finger” peak complete the scenery. Along the way, a panoramic tour of the famous Copacabana Beach is also included. Lunch is provided.

Day 3 – April 7 – Rio de Janeiro (B)

Half Day Historic Rio (Private or Regular Service with Spanish-speaking Guide, Duration: 4 hours).

Visit the bohemian neighborhood of Santa Teresa, a picturesque area in Rio de Janeiro. Discover the Parque das Ruínas (closed on Mondays), a public park with an art gallery built around the ruins of a mansion. Continue to the colorful Selarón Steps, one of Rio’s most iconic landmarks, and head to the Lapa district, famous for its traditional nightlife. Stroll through the Passeio Público, the oldest public park in South America, to reach Cinelândia, known for its lively atmosphere with bars, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The last stop is the historic Confeitaria Colombo (closed on Sundays), one of the world’s must-visit cafés.

Day 4 – April 8 – Rio de Janeiro (B) 

Free day.

Day 5 – April 9 – Rio de Janeiro / Iguazu (B)

Check-out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguazu Falls.
Arrival in Foz do Iguaçu and transfer to the hotel.
Check-in starts at 2:00–3:00 pm. Accommodation. Free evening.

Day 6 – April 10 – Iguazu (B)

Full Day Brazilian Iguazu Falls + Macuco Safari with Entrances (Private or Regular Service with Spanish-speaking Guide, Duration: 6 hours).

Start your visit on the Brazilian side at the Visitor Center, then enjoy one of the most popular experiences: Macuco Safari. Located inside Iguazu National Park, this adventure is divided into three stages. The first is a 3 km ride through the rainforest on an open electric vehicle. Next is a 600-meter (optional) walk along a suspended trail, where bilingual guides share stories about the local fauna and flora.

The path ends at a terrace with lockers, restrooms, a snack bar, and souvenir shop. From there, an electric tram takes you to the pier where twin-engine boats await. Navigate 11 km along the river and experience the thrill of approaching the base of the waterfalls. Along the trail, spot exotic birds, butterflies, and even small mammals like coatis.

Though only 25% of the falls are on the Brazilian side, this is where you get the best panoramic view of the other 75% on the Argentine side. Depending on the weather, you may also see rainbows arching across the cascades. Walk the 950-meter footbridge circuit, where you’ll face the colossal Devil’s Throat, the most powerful waterfall. Take the panoramic elevator for a new angle before visiting the Porto Canoas food court (meals not included) and the park’s souvenir shops.

Day 7 – April 11 – Iguazu (B)

Full Day Argentine Iguazu Falls with Entrances (Private or Regular Service with Spanish-speaking Guide, Duration: 8 hours).

Cross the Brazil-Argentina border (passport, visa, and reciprocity fee may apply). Start at the Visitor Center, then board a train for a 10-minute ride to the Devil’s Throat, the highest and most powerful part of Iguazu Falls at 107 meters.

Explore the Lower Circuit, a 1.3 km trail that brings you close to smaller waterfalls such as Carlos Bozzetti. The Upper Circuit offers panoramic views of the Argentine falls, San Martín Island, and part of the Brazilian side.

Day 8 – April 12 – Iguazu (B)

Check-out. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport. End of services.
