Day 1 – Wednesday – Manaus
Arrival in Manaus and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 – Thursday – Manaus (B)
FD (08h) City Tour in Manaus + Amazon Museum with Sunset at the Viewpoint (tickets included).
In the morning, city tour in Manaus: We head downtown to visit the Amazon Theater, inaugurated in 1896 and one of the main attractions of Manaus, a symbol of the rubber boom where all the wealth and magnificence are revealed in its halls, corridors, and works of art. From there, you can admire the beautiful building of the Amazon Court of Justice and the charming “Largo de São Sebastião.”
Our tour continues through the city center with a panoramic view of other historic buildings from the golden era of rubber. Next, we visit the Adolpho Lisboa Municipal Market in Art Nouveau style. The market is an important hub for regional products, showcasing the habits, culture, and traditions of the Amazonian peoples.
In the afternoon, we continue to an open-air museum that highlights the complexity and rich biodiversity of the Amazon, the world’s largest rainforest. There, you will walk along trails through the forest, see exhibitions, an orchid and bromeliad greenhouse, aquariums, the lake, as well as experimental laboratories for snakes, insects, and butterflies. You can also climb a 42-meter-high tower for a breathtaking view of the vastness of the forest. This tour invites visitors to an incredible sensory experience with the jungle. At the end, we go up to the viewpoint to enjoy the sunset (tickets included).
Day 3 – Friday – Manaus (B) / Iberostar Grand Amazon Cruise (AI)
After breakfast, at the scheduled time, transfer to the Port of Manaus to board the river cruise. Check-in and free time to enjoy the cruise.
Day 4 - 5 – Saturday/Sunday – Navigation on the Iberostar Grand Amazon Cruise (AI)
Day 6 – Monday – Manaus Pier / Airport (B)
At the scheduled time, transfer from the pier to Manaus Airport. End of our services.
