      Day 1 – Rio de Janeiro.

      Arrival in Rio de Janeiro. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accomodation.

      Day 2 – Rio de Janeiro. (B, L)

      FD Sugar Loaf with City tour and Corcovado withTijucaForest+ Lunch. We will leave the hotel after breakfast to visit the most famous landmarks of the city where we will see the natural beauties from up above. After a scenic drive along Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, passengers arrive at the bottom of the Corcovado Hill. We will embark on a comfortable train which will climb the mountain, where the statue of Christ the Redeemer, is located (2.300ft above sea level). The Christ statue known as the “wonder ofRio” was recently elected one of the 7 winners of the ” New Wonders of the World “. Upon arrival at the top we have mechanized access, with panoramic elevators and escalators that take us to the foot of the statute. There, passengers enjoy a panoramic view ofRio de Janeiro, discover why it is called the “MarvelousCity” and the view the Christ statue which is considered “ the wonder of Rio”. We make our way down on the same route and towards the other world famous landmark, the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Over a million tourists a year visit the world famous Pão de Açúcar, or Sugar Loaf Mountain in English, which has become an iconic symbol of the city ofRio de Janeiro. Rising up from small peninsula at the entrance ofGuanabara Bay, its name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of concentrated refined sugar loaf. The tour is done in two steps by glass cable-cars. The first cable-car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises215 metersabove sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay its islands. From Urca Hill, passengers continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf which rises395 metersabove sea level and offers a 360 degree view of the entire city including Botafogo andCopacabanaBeaches, the Corcovado and downtownRio.

      Day 3 –  Rio de Janeiro / Manaus. (B)

      Transfer out to the airport. Arrival inManaus. Transfer to the Lodge . Reception with local juice after which guests will be shown to the rooms. Following visit to the Monkey Jungle. Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting . Overnight at the lodge.

      Day 4 – Manaus. (B, L, D)

      Nature Hike. Return for regional lunch. After a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents (“caboclos”) with opportunity for piranha fishing. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

      Day 5 – Manaus. (B, L, D)

      Full day tour to the Meeting of the Waters with lunch. Following optional canoe ride with an opportunity for Piranha Fishing. Arrival at the lodge at 17h30. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

      Day 6 – Manaus / Belem. (B)

      Free time to enjoy the natural pools. Check-out at 11h30 and transfer toManaus. Arrival inBelem. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accomodation.

      Day 7 – Belem / Marajo Island. (B, L, D)

      Early morning transfer to the pier. Cruise on the regular line boat to the village of Camará (approx. 3 hours). Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Lunch. Afternoon tour to Araruna beach with its mangrove forest and birds. Dinner.

      Day 8 –  Marajo Island. (B, L, D)

      Visit to the cities of Salvaterra and Soure. Lunch. Visit to a Marajó ranch and to Pesqueiro beach .Dinner

      Day 9 – Marajo Island / Belem. (B, L)

      Free Day. After lunch, transfer to Camará pier to board the regular line boat to Belém. Arrival in Belém in the late afternoon and transfer to hotel.

      Day 10 – Belem / Sao Luis. (B)

      Transfer to airport. Arrival inSão Luis. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accomodation. In the afternoon City tour inSao Luis: A trip to the times of colonialBrazil. Its what you’ll live on this tour at the streets of the historical center of São Luis. In addition to the beautiful old center, which contains the most homogeneous collection of secular Portuguese architecture inLatin America, you will visit the two most scanic beaches on the island and learn about local people, legends, and folklore. Cobblestone alleyways, colonial buildings, stairways of stone, and dozens of important historical monuments that preserve the memory of a place that is considered “The City of Tiles and Mansions”. “Projeto Reviver”, that gave life back to a part of the historical center, today is an attractive visit card. The ancient Cânhamo Factory, transformed into a shopping  center of the best handcrafting from Maranhão, the theatre, museums. In a short, the fascination and beauty of São Luis, the only Brazilian capital that have not started Portuguese, but French.

      Day 11 – Sao Luis / Barreirinhas (Lencois Maranhenses). (B)

      Transfer to Barreirinhas (3 hours of trip). Accommodation in a Pousada. In the afternoon tour to the natural lakes (formed by rain) and dunes. Evening free.

      Day 12 – Lencois Maranhenses. (B)

      Departure to a tour through the River Preguica with stop for short walk at Alazao, Vassouras, Mandacaru and Cabure. Evening free.

      Day 13 – Lencois Maranhenses / Sao Luis. (B)

      Transfer toSao Luis. Accomodation.

      Day 14 – Sao Luis / Rio de Janeiro. (B)

      Transfer out. Arrival in Rio de Janeiro. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accomodation.

      Day 15 – Rio de Janeiro. (B)

      Transfer to the airport.
